how does One-on-One Training work?

Trainerize App Access

Trainerize is an online coaching app designed to streamline personal training. We utilize trainerize with our personal training clients because it offers coaching, messaging, and progress tracking features necessary to our member's success.

Check-ins

Outside of the gym our coaches will utilize Trainerize to check in and monitor your progress, remind you of your progress pictures, and hold you accountable.

NASM Certified Coaching

All personal training programs are custom-built for you by our NASM-certified coaches. This means you will see the progress you desire faster because they are built by experts trained to get you there.

Frequent In-Body Weigh-ins

Through One-on-One personal training, you can expect weekly weigh-ins that will guide your programming. Your weigh-ins will be conducted on an industry-leading body composition scale, factoring in many variables to guide your plan.

Nutritional Programming

Our personalized nutritional program takes into consideration your entire lifestyle. Some will start with essential habit building, while others will dive right into nutrition– depending on previous experience with dieting. Choosing this plan allows us to get personal and curate a nutritional program built with you in mind.

Specialized Workout Plan

One-on-one Personal Training clients are built a set schedule with their coach guaranteeing a fixed schedule for the duration of your program. We have found this to be a perfect fit for individuals with busy work schedules and business owners who need to get in and out.

one-on-one Memberships

Personal training memberships are signed on a three-month contract and a signing start date. All our memberships get you into our gym at least three times a week through a unique combination of personal and group training. This approach offers the most complete solution and offers more flexibility with your choice of personal training days.

We offer discounted rates for family sign-ups and discounts through a friends and family referral program. Group packages are available, call us to inquire further about pricing.
